CRM Systems

CRM systems built
around how you sell.

Most CRM systems in South Africa ask you to change how you sell to suit the software. We build the system around your process instead — and you own it.

Every CRM fits
someone else.

Common Questions
about crm systems.

How much does a CRM system cost in South Africa?

Subscription CRMs are typically priced per user per month, so the real number depends on team size and how long you keep it — a ten-person team on a mid-tier plan can pass six figures over three years. A built system is a project cost rather than a recurring one, scoped to what you need. We quote it properly rather than guessing, and we will tell you if buying off the shelf works out better.

Can you integrate with the tools we already use?

Yes, and usually that is the point. Accounting, email, WhatsApp, calendars, e-commerce and existing databases can all be connected so information stops being re-typed between systems. Where an integration is not practical we will say so before you commit, not after.

What happens to our data if we stop working with you?

It stays yours, in a database you own, in standard formats you can export. There is no lock-in mechanism — no proprietary format holding your customer list hostage and no fee to get it back.

How long before the CRM is actually in use?

A first working version covering your core pipeline is normally live within weeks. We deliberately start with one process rather than the whole business, so the team adopts something small that works instead of resisting something large that nearly does.

Do you train the team on it?

Yes. A system nobody uses is worthless, and adoption is mostly a design problem rather than a training problem — if it takes a course to understand, we built it wrong. Training and documentation are included, and the interface is built for the people who will actually use it.
